Lamb's Akrasia is the story of a simple human girl who unwittingly got herself involved in a conflict between beings made of star dust millions of light years away from Earth. Will she be able to establish unity between her new extraterrestrial friends, or will her presence complicate things further?

These are my fan characters based on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic! While the Mane Six were gallivanting off to wholesome friendship adventures across Equestria, Ponyville became the epicenter of a secret Pyramid Scheme ran by an unobtrusive pizzeria owner and her best friend.

Vervzee's Commission Rules

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth as follows:

Payment

1. You must be able to make a payment to me via PayPal.
2. An upfront payment of 50% of the total cost must be made before work begins.
3. The rest of the payment must be made upon completion of the commission.

Usage Rights

1. I will be posting my art to my social media pages. You are responsible for letting me know if you would rather keep your commission private.
2. You may post the art I create for you anywhere with proper credit to me. (Simply crediting my username, Vervzee, is fine!)
3. You may use your commission for personal purposes.
4. You may NOT use your commission for any commercial or monetary purposes.
5. You may NOT claim my art as your own work or trace over it.
6. You may NOT use my art in artificial intelligence or blockchain technologies such as: image generation models, non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, etc. (List is subject to similar additions.)

Refunds and Chargeback

1. If reasonably requested, I will offer a full refund of the upfront payment before line art is completed and terminate progress on the commission.
2. Any work completed after the line art stage finalizes the full payment due to me.
3. You may NOT issue a chargeback after the commission is completed.
4. If I terminate a commission at any stage, you will receive a 100% refund.

Communication

1. While I will always try to provide timely responses, it may sometimes take anywhere from 1-3 days for me to get back to you.
2. All communications between the artist (me) and the client (you) must be respectful, polite, and reasonable.
3. Harassment, bullying, flaming, or inappropriate behavior will result in your commission being terminated. A proper refund will be issued depending on the commission's stage at termination. A 0% refund will occur if the commission is past the line art stage.
4. Having a commission terminated for any of the above reasons will result in you getting blacklisted from further interaction with me.

Commissioning Rules

1. I will not draw art that depicts or promotes: racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, incest, NSFW, fetishes, concealed fetishes, politics, etc. (List is subject to similar additions.)
2. The character reference you provide must be a high enough resolution for me to understand all the details.
3. If you do not set a deadline, I will provide an estimated completion date for your commission.
4. I will send you WIP (Work In Progress) images at the following stages: Line art, flat colors, character shading, background sketch, background flat colors, background shading, and finished product.
5. You may provide feedback and request major changes at the line art stage until the artwork is to your liking.
6. After the line art stage, you may provide feedback and request minor changes at any stage. (Minor changes do NOT require me to completely redraw poses, outfits, backgrounds, or any other major features of the art.)
